摘要: 为了探讨中药“孕宝”治疗母牛子宫炎提高受胎率的作用机理 ,本试验用ELISA方法测定了病牛服用中药前后血清及子宫粘液中肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF α)的含量 (用OD值表示 )。结果患子宫炎病牛子宫粘液和血清中OD值均高于健康牛。服用中药使病牛子宫粘液的OD值由0 2 358± 0 2 82 1下降至 0 0 6 53± 0 .0 2 6 7(n =8) ,对照组病牛由 0 2 80 2± 0 .2 772上升至 0 .36 0 2± 0 .2 76 3(n =6 )。用药组病牛血清OD值由 0 .6 885± 0 .1838降至 0 .532 8± 0 .10 58(n =8) ,而对照组无明显变化 (n =6 )。这些试验表明 ,中药孕宝有降低子宫炎病牛炎性细胞因子TNF α的作用
英文摘要: In order to investigate the relevant mechanisms of the Chinese herbal prescription YUNBAO in treatment of endometritis in dairy cows,tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα) contents in uterine mucus and serum were assayed by ELISA (expressed in OD values).Both the uterine and serum TNFα contents were higher in the suffering cows than those in the clinical healthy cows.The Chinese herbal treatment brought about the uterine TNFα OD valus in diseased cows from 02358±02821 to 00653±00267(n=8),while the control group showed a little increase (from 02802±02772 to 03602±02763,n=6) in OD values,In serum,the OD values were downregulated,from 06885±01838 to 05328±01058(n=8)in the treatment group,but no change was found in the control group(n=6).These results indicate that the Chinese herbal prescription conld be able to downregulate the inflammatory cytokine TNFα in endometritis cows.
