摘要: 玉米小斑病菌产生的致病毒素(H_m-毒素)在玉米小斑病的发生发展过程中起了重要作用。应用H_m-毒素比应用活菌在许多方面具有一定的优越性。迄今为止,国内外在利用H_m-毒素对致病机理,品种抗病性鉴定以及应用组织培养技术快速培育抗病品种等方面的研究已有大量的报道。本文针对H_m-毒素(尤其是T小种产生的专化性致病毒素,简称HMT-毒素)的特性,致病机理以及应用等方面作了较全面的阐述。此外,还着重地评述了一些较常用的H_m-毒素的生物测定方法。
英文摘要: It has been well demonstrated that pathotoxins produced by Helminthosporium maydis (Hm-toxin) play important roles in the initiation and development of Southern corn leaf blight.Using Hm-toxin to make research has many advantages over by using pathogen. This paper has reviewed many papers reporting the characteristics, pathogeneticmechanism and usage of Hm-toxin. Furthermore, the methods of bioassay of Hm-toxin in studying have also been evaluated.There are many advantages if Hm-toxin is used in screening and breeding for resistance, inheritance of resistance, interaction between host and pathogen in molecular levels and mechanism of resistance and pathogenesis.
