摘要: 为了探讨中药“孕宝”治疗母牛子宫炎提高受胎率的作用机理,本试验用ELISA方法测定了病牛服用中药前后血清及子宫粘液中肿瘤坏死因子──α(Tumor necrosis factor, TNF──α)的含量(用OD值表示)。测得患子宫炎病牛子宫粘液和血清中OD值均高于健康牛。服用中药使病牛子宫粘液的OD值由0.235.8±0.2821下降至0.0653±0.0267(n=8),对照组病牛由0.2802±0. 2772上升至0. 3602±0. 2763(n=6)。试验组用药后的子宫粘液的OD值显著低于同期不用药对照组(P<0.05)。用药后病牛血清OD值也由0.6855±0. 1838降至0.5328±0.1058(n=8),显著低于同期不用药对照组(P<0.01)。这些结果表明,中药“孕宝”有降低子宫炎病牛炎性细胞因子TNF──α的作用。
英文摘要: In order to investigate the relivant mechanisms of the Chinese herbal prescription YUNBAO in treatment of endometriosis in dairy cows, tumor necrosis factor-α(Tumor necrosis factor, TNF-α) contents in uterine mucus and Peripheral serum were assayed by ELISA (expressed in OD values). Both the uterine and serum TNF-α contents were higher in the suffering cows compared with the clinical healthy cows. The Chinese herbal treatment brought the uterine TNF-α OD value in diseased cows from 0.2358± 0.2821 to 0.0653± 0. 026 7 (n=8), while the control group showed a little increase from 0.2802±0.277 2 to 0. 360 2±0. 276 3, (n=6) in OD values. In serum, the OD values were down regulated from 0. 688 5±0. 183 8 to 0. 5328±0. 1058(n=8) in the treatment group, but no change was found in the control group (n=6). These results indicate that the Chinese herbal prescription could be able to downregulate the inflammatory cytokine TNF-α in endometriosis cow s.
