摘要: 桃茎插条内不定根原基起源于形成层。生根期间淀粉含量下降,IBA处理能促进淀粉含量的下降。在愈伤组织和根原基形成过程中,内源生长素含量下降,在根突出前内源生长素含量上升达高峰;根突出后又下降。经IBA处理的插条生根过程中内源脱落酸含量持续下降。 9月份采集的,经2500ppmIBA处理的插条,生根率高,达87.5%;不经贮藏的硬枝插条生根率低,仅为10%,经过两个月的低温藏贮后,生根率提高到60%。插床底温应控制在12—17℃范围内,以12°为佳。
英文摘要: The origin of adventitious root primordia, changes of starch conten and plant hormones during the rooting and the factors affecting the rooting were studied with semihardwood and hardwood cuttings. The main results are as follows. 1. Adventitious root primordia within semi-hardwood cuttings originate from the regin of the cambium, develop, differentiate in cuttings and emerge out of cuttings through the callus on the wounding surfaces of ths cuttings. 2. Content of starch decreases markedly during the rooting which is prometed with IBA content of endogenous auxin decreases markedly in formation of callus and root primordia, later increases before root emergence and finally decreases after root emergence. Content of endogenous abscisic acid in cuttings treated with IBA decreases progressively during rooting. 3. The cuttings collected in september and treated with 1BA at 2500 ppm root better. The hardwood cuttings, after stratificated root better, which require stratification at least two months. Bottom heat must be controlled between 12—17℃, 12℃ being better.
