| 摘要： | 本文叙述了国内外旱地农业发展的概况与现状；分析和阐明了旱地农业综合发展与“两高一优”农业开发的关系及意义、历史发展进程与有关名词概念及其相互间联系；提出了我国北方及冀西北坝上旱地农业综合发展与“两高一优”农业开发的指导思想与对策；明确了北方旱地农业发展中高产优质高效农业的标准与实现这一战略思想的主要技术途径与措施．这对指导当前旱地农业综合发展研究和贯彻落实最近中央制定的关于发展高产、优质、高效农业的方针均具有重要意义． |
| 英文摘要： | This paper dealt with the presant situation of domestic and foriegn dryland agriculture development,then analyzed and elaborated the relationship between the all-round development of dryland agriculture and the exploitation of"High-yield and High-benefit and High-quality"(HHH)agriculture and their importance,also expounded the guiding ideology and the technical channel and countermeasures of"HHH"agriculture in the northern part of China,especially in the semi-arid region of Bashang plateau of northwest Hebei. |
