| 摘要： | "泰栢一号"是一种纯天然有机制剂,本文以吡虫啉为对照药剂,分别在室内与田间测试了在常规使用和在高压静电喷雾条件下"泰栢一号"对蔬菜蚜虫的防治效果,结果表明,"泰栢一号"40X稀释液处理蚜虫48h后死亡率为3.36%,清水对照处理的死亡率为3.33%,二者间无显著性差异,而吡虫啉10 mg/L处理24h蚜虫的死亡率为78.86%。"泰栢一号"与高压静电喷雾器配合使用则表现出良好的杀虫效果,200×稀释液处理48h的蚜虫死亡率为62.22%,96h蚜虫死亡率为91.1%,这种纯天然有机物结合高压静电喷雾杀虫方法的发现,为蚜虫的无公害防治提供了一条新的途径。 |
| 英文摘要： | "Tepec-1" a natural product derived from lignite was tested as pesticide to control aphids on cucumber by direct dripping method in laboratory and high-voltage static spraying method in greenhouse.Imidacloprid was used as check in laboratory test.The results showed that the control effect of "Tepec-1" at 40 times dilution was only 3.36% 48 h after treatment,which is no difference with water and much less than control effect of imidacloprid(78.86%).However,"Tepec-1" showed good control effect when it was used by high-voltage static sprayer.The control effects of the 200 times dilution were 62.22% 48 h after treatment and 91.1% 96 h after treatment.Although the mechanisms inside are not clear,it was proved to be an environment-friendly approach for aphid control. |
