摘要: 卡特兰(Cattleya Hybrida)为兰科(Orchidaceae)卡特利亚兰属(Cattleya)多年生草本植物,原产热带美洲.是世界上栽培最广泛、最普及的兰花之一.近年来我国卡特兰产业迅速发展,但在生产中多采用水苔藓基质培养,水培方式研究较少,栽培技术也不够成熟,产品质量与进口产品相比仍然存在较大的差距.本研究采用盆栽试验、室内模拟试验和室内分析测定相结合的方法,初步研究了水培卡特兰生长的基本条件,研究结果如下:1营养液筛选试验表明,不同营养液处理对卡特兰植株生长发育的影响不同.综合考虑各营养液对卡特兰生长发育各项指标的影响,认为处理8(配方Ⅲ的1/2s)较适合水培卡特兰的生长.2不同氮素形态配比对卡特兰生长发育的影响不同.硝态氮与铵态氮配合优于单一硝态氮处理,且当营养液中硝态氮与铵态氮浓度比值为12:1时,可显著促进卡特兰的生长.3不同植物生长调节剂对卡特兰生长的影响不同.结果表明:在卡特兰营养生长阶段,处理组合1(6-BA+GA+KT=40mg/L+50mg/L+50mg/L)能显著促进植株地上部生长发育.生殖生长阶段使用处理组合4(6-BA+GA+KT=60mg/L+50mg/L+100mg/L)能提早新芽形成,增加侧枝,促进卡特兰的分裂繁殖,有利于提高卡特兰的观赏品质.
英文摘要: Cattleya Hybrida, an evergreen perennial herbaceous flower, belongs to Cattleya genus of Orchidaceae family, originated in tropical America . It is one of the most popular tropical orchids. In recent years, the Cattleya Hybrida production develops rapidly in china, but some problems are revealed, such as immature cultivation techniques. Compared with imported products, the flower quality produced in China still need to be improved. Bryophyte is mostly used in soilless culture of Cattleya Hybrida. Solution culture is rarely studed..Through the methods of potting,simulating indoor and plant analysis,the basic hydroponic conditions for Cattleya Hybrida were studied.The results were as follows:1. Selecting experiment of nutrient solutions.The results indicated that different nutrient solutions had significant effects on the growth and development of Cattleya Hybrida. Treatment 8(1/2s of formulaⅢ)is more suitable for growth of Cattleya Hybrida,according to the indexes of the growth and development of Cattleya Hybrida.2. Effect of different N forms and ratio on the growth of Cattleya Hybrida. Hydroponic experiment showed that different N forms and ratio had different effects on the growth and development of Cattleya Hybrida.. The growth of plants in both NO3--N and NH4+-N was better than that in single NO3--N form. The appropriate ratio of NO3--N and NH4+-N is 12:1. This treatment can promote the growth of Cattleya Hybrida and improve the flower quality.3. Different plant growth regulators had significant effects on the growth and development of Cattleya Hybrida. The disposal 1(6-BA+GA+KT=40mg/L+50mg/L+40mg/L) significantly promoted the plant growth. In reproductive period, The disposal 4(6-BA+GA+KT=60mg/L+50mg/L+100mg/L) could accelerate the growth of sprout, increasing the quantity of lateral branch and promoting the fission of Cattleya Hybrida . So it is helpful to improve the flower quality.
