摘要: 随着科技的发展和经济的腾飞,传统能源已日益不能满足人们的需要,且其自身的有限产量制约能源发展利用,同时其消耗所带来的环境污染也严重影响人们的生活健康.在此背景下出现的新能源已经在日常生产生活中得到了越来越多的重视和利用,作为新能源的代表-太阳能扮演着举足轻重的作用.光电转化是太阳能最广泛的利用,太阳能电池板作为最基本的单元,如何减少破损率不只是提高成品的合格率及成品等级,更重要的是可以减少了硅材料的使用量,起到了节能降耗、降低成本、提高产能的作用.本文以"太阳能电池板破损检测"为研究对象,根据电致发光原理,通过近红外CCD相机进行成像,应用设计的上位机图像处理软件,实现了在线检测功能.本研究设计用于在线检测的暗室,通过可控制的启闭窗口,阻断外界光的干扰.该暗室嵌入到太阳能电池生产线上需要检测的各个环节中,随生产线同时实现组件的装载和加电.该成像设备采用校验的方法,减少温度对成像的影响.利用镜面反射原理,增长光路,减少图像变形,也减小了设备的几何尺寸.通过研制可靠的、可频繁操作的软通断可控恒流源,减少加电和断电对电源的冲击,进一步提高设备的寿命,同时也可以减少测试电流引起的组件过流损坏.成像后期增加对图像的处理,有效地提高破损缺陷成像的清晰度.编写简单易用的上位机操作软件,同时实现对被测组件编号的自动识别,并具有保存、查看等功能.
英文摘要: With the technical development and economical soaring ,the traditional energy sources has become increasingly unable to meet the needs of the people, and its own limited production constraint the energy development and utilization, at the same time, the environmental pollution which the consumption of the traditional energy sources has bring is also affecting the health living of people. In this context, the emergence of new energy has received more and more attention and utilization in daily life, and the representative of the new energy-solar energy has playing an very important role. Photoelectric conversion is the most widely using of the solar energy, solar panels as the basic unit, how to reduce the breakage rate is not also improve the passing rate of finished products and the finished grade, the more important is it can reducing the use of silicon material, played a saving energy, cut costs, increase capacity effect.In this paper, taking"Damage Detection of Solar Panels"as the research object and according to the EL principle, through Near-infrared CCD camera to image, using PC designed image processing software, the author completed the On-line detection function.This study design is used in the chamber for on-line detection, through the opening and closing windows which can be controlled to interference the blocking of external light. this darkroom embedded every links which is need detection of the solar cell production line, With the production line to achieving component loading and processing power at the same time. This imaging device reduce the influence of temperature on the imaging by validation method. Using the mirror reflection principle, growth of optical, reduces the image distortion, is also decreases the geometry of the device. Through developing the reliable and frequent operation soft-off controlled current source, reducing the impact of switching on and switching off for the power, improving the life of the equipment further. The image processing is added in the later period, improve the clarity of image damage defects effectively. Design the simple to use operating software, achieving automatic recognition of the number of the measured components, and have saving, viewing and other functions.
