摘要: "以经济效益、社会效益和环境效益为目标函数建立了区域水资源优化模型,并应用改进的NSGA-Ⅱ算法对不同规划水平年的水资源预测值进行优化配置,提出了采用配水系数进行染色体编码,并通过归一化处理使遗传个体满足水源供水量要求.实例分析结果表明,该模型和优化方法具有较强的适应性,有效解决了多水源、多用户、多目标、多约束的水资源优化配置问题,优化结果可作为区域水资源可持续利用和规划管理的决策依据."
英文摘要: "A regional water resources optimization model is established by taking economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits as the goal function.And the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is applied to optimize the prediction value corresponding to different planning level years.Water distribution coefficient method is put forward to carry out chromosome coding,and the normalized treatment is adopted to make the genetic individual meet the requirements of water supply.The results of example analysis show that the model and optimization method has stronger adaptability.So,water resources optimization allocation with multi-water source,multi-user,multi-objective and multi-constraint is solved effectively.The optimization results can provide decision basis for the region water resources sustainable utilization and planning management."
