摘要: 为探讨紫黄散对人工感染鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒的预防与治疗效果以及对鸡血液生化指标的影响,将1日龄雏鸡适应饲养6 d后,随机分为6个处理,分别用A、B、C、D、E、F组表示.在14日龄时A、B、c组按高[C:90 mg/(mL·kg-1)]、中[C:45 mg/(mL·kg-1)]、低[C:4.5 mg/(mL·kg-1)]3个剂量灌服紫黄散,D、E、F组灌服生理盐水,每只鸡1mL,连续灌服7 d,其中F组作为空白对照组,隔离饲养.在21日龄时对A组~E组进行攻毒,每只点眼0.2 mL传代毒液,F组0.2 mL生理盐水,临床症状以法氏囊发生病变和胸肌、腿肌出血为准.攻毒3 d后,阳性对照D组每只鸡肌注卵黄抗体0.5 mL,其他各组注射0.5 mLl生理盐水.观察攻毒前、后鸡只的临床症状,每天记录各组的死亡数,最后统计死亡率.雏鸡饲养至试验的第24、28、40、42天,从各试验组中随机取10只分别无菌采集血液经离心机3 000 r/min离心,取其血清,-20℃保存,用于血液生化检测血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT).结果表明紫黄散能明显降低IBDV感染雏鸡死亡率,B组与E组相比死亡率降低15.6%;用药B组血液生化指标有显著(P<0.05)提高,部分时间点与E组差异极显著(P<0.01).表明紫黄散对抗IBDV导致的免疫抑制有显著作用.
英文摘要: This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Zihuang Powder on immune function and immune response in chickens artificially infected with IBDV.One-day-old chickens were acclimatized for 6 days,then randomly divided into groups A,B,C,D,E and F,40 birds in each group.The birds in group A,B and C were administered with 90 mg/(mL·kg-1),45 mg/(mL·kg-1),4.5 mg/(mL·kg-1) of Zihuang Powder.The chickens in groups D,E and F were given with the same volume of normal saline(NS).The administration were done daily from 14d to 20d.The birds in groups A,B,C,D and E were infected with IBDV by eye drop,Group F as normal control by using NS instead of IBDV and Zihuang Powder.3 days after IBDV infection,if IBD clinical signs appeared,the breast and leg muscle bleeding in infected groups.0.5 mL yolk antibody per bird in group D was given intramuscularly.The clinical signs of chickens before and after IBDV infection were observed and the death number were recorded in each group every day,the mortality statistics was done.Blood samples were collected aseptically at days 24,28 and 35,respectively,the sera were obtained by centrifugation at 3 000 r/min for 15 min and stored at-80 ℃ for detection of TP,Alb,AST,ALT,and Glb.The results showed that the mortality of chickens infected with IBDV in group B reduced 15.6%to compared with that in group E.The enzyme and protein contents in blood of group B increased than that of group E,sometime it showed a significant difference(P
