| 英文摘要： | Based on the data from questionnaire survey, interview and classroom observation, this essay points out the prominent problems existing in professional development of English teach- ers. In the meantime, it puts forward approaches to enhance professional development of English teachers, enriching English teachers' subject knowledge, enhancing professionalism; establishing teacher learning community; developing and applying effective teaching strategies. |
