摘要: 我国目前的房地产金融现状中存在的问题主要有:银行房地产信贷资金来源单一,无法满足房地产业发展对资金总量的要求;房地产业融资的重点没有放在广大的住房消费者身上以及法制不健全等.在分析这些问题的基础上,该文参考了一些发达国家的经验并提出了几点建议.这些建议主要有:构建专业的住房储蓄银行及协会等机构;发行抵押债券;大力发展分期付款的抵押贷款以及政府参与等等.
