摘要: 应用喷雾性能综合试验台对喷杆式果树苗圃打药机的喷头特性进行综合测试,得出单喷头在工作压力为0.4 MPa 时的喷量、雾锥角以及不同作业高度下喷雾量的分布情况。采用单一变量法进行多喷头喷洒实验,对实验数据进行对比分析知,当喷头距离靶标的高度为500mm,喷头间距为550,600mm 间隔布置时喷洒效果最佳。同时,利用综合试验台对该布置形式下多喷头喷洒均匀性进行了测试,效果良好。根据苗圃行间距的变化规律,调整喷头在喷杆上的布置间距,能够确保药液有效地沉积在苹果苗植株上,减少了药液浪费,减轻了药液对土壤环境的危害。
英文摘要: Apply spray performance comprehensive testing platform to test nozzle on spray rod type of orchard and nursery spraying machine , getting the injection quantity and spray cone angle when one spray nozzle working under the pressure of 0.4MPa, and amount distribution of one nozzle on different height .Using a single variable method to design experi-ments , and then comparative and analysis the experimental data .Find out the best arrangements of nozzles on spray rods are 550mm and 600mm when the spraying height is 500mm,then use spray performance comprehensive testing platform to test whether the experiments result can get a state of uniform spraying .According to the changing plot line spacing , adjust the spray nozzles in spray bar layout spacing so that the distribution of the liquid more on the target , and reduce liquid waste ,and protect soil environment .
