摘要: 新型软支撑翻板钢闸门机构,由于闸门支撑结构采用点支撑,结构柔性较大、受力复杂,设计计算方法尚不成熟.本文分别采用平面体系分析法和三维有限元法计算门叶主、次梁的应力,结果表明:两种方法计算的应力均以拉应力为主,但平面体系分析法计算的应力的75%均大于三维有限元法计算的应力.
英文摘要: Because the gate is supported by four points,and the structure has greater flexibility and more complex force,the theory calculation method is not mature enough.Plane system analysis method and ANSYS are used to calculate stress of main,sub-beam,and the result indicate that the stress calculated by the two methods is mainly tensile stress,but seventy-five percent of stress calculated by plane system analysis method is greater than that of ANSYS.
