摘要: 本研究旨在揭示枣缩果病的发病机理,为有效的防治枣缩果病提供依据.以'婆枣'为试材,研究缩果病发病过程中保护酶活性、超氧阴离子产生速率和酚类物质含量的变化.结果表明,枣果发病初期O2·产生速率迅速提高,同时三大保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)的活性和酚类物质含量也显著上升,病果和健果间均达到显著差异.该结果显示,O2·可能在'婆枣'缩果病症状表现和发展中起到重要作用,三大保护酶和酚类物质虽然可能参与了枣果对缩果病的应激反应和防御机制,但并不足以有效抑制缩果病导致的O2·的大量增加.
英文摘要: TO reveal the biochemical mechanism of fruit shrink disease in Chinese jujube and provide instructions for the effective control of the disease,the dynamic changes of defensive enzymes activity,O 2 · and phenolic content in '' Pozao '' fruits were studied during the process of jujube fruit shrink disease.On early infective stage O 2 · produce rate increased rapidly.Meanwhile,the activity of three protective enzymes (SOD,POD,CAT) and the content of polyphenol increased significantly.There were statistically si...
