摘要: |
以蔬菜、食品调料为试材,筛选对桃小食心虫具有较高抑制效果的植物,为生物防治桃小食心虫开辟一条新的途径.本试验运用生物测定的方法检测了7种非寄主植物挥发物(花椒、小茴香、香菜、芹菜、姜、八角、桂皮)对桃小食心虫繁殖、发育的影响,结果表明,5种非寄主植物挥发物对桃小食心虫产卵抑制率超过50%,其中桂皮为91.55%、八角达到100%;花椒、小茴香、桂皮和八角能显著降低桃小食心虫卵的受精率,八角、桂皮分别使受精率降低至0%和13%;八角、芹菜、香菜、桂皮、姜的挥发物可以延长桃小食心虫雌虫产卵前期;而八角、桂皮、花椒对桃小食心虫雌雄成虫寿命影响较大.综合各项指标,建议将八角可以作为今后开发桃小食心虫植物源农药的重点对象. |
