| 摘要： | 为了给猪病毒性繁殖障碍性疾病的鉴别诊断提供一个快速、灵敏、特异的检测手段,本试验应用ELISA、PCR、RT-PCR及细胞培养等方法对北京某猪场弱仔、流产、死胎、木乃伊胎及出生后几天死亡的小猪进行猪瘟病毒(CSFV),伪狂犬病毒(PRV),圆环病毒2型(PCV-2),细小病毒(PPV)和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)5种繁殖障碍性疾病进行检测,并应用HerdChek ELISA猪瘟抗原检测试剂盒检测猪瘟病毒.结果表明:猪瘟病毒与细小病毒为阳性,猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒、圆环病毒2型、伪狂犬病毒均为阴性.根据发病情况、临床症状、病理变化和实验室检验,结果判定该猪场发生猪瘟病毒与细小病毒混合感染的繁殖障碍性疾病,其中以猪瘟感染最为严重. |
