摘要: 病毒性传染病是危害畜禽的主要疾病.本试验对中药黄芪抗新城疫病毒的有效成分进行了初步筛选,结果表明1、8、11和12号黄芪提取成分预防孔细胞死亡数量明显少于接毒对照孔,且利用MTT染色法测定其吸光度值(A490)显著高于接毒对照组(P〈O.01);1、6、10、12和13号黄芪提取组分治疗孔细胞死亡数量明显少于接毒对照孔,并且其吸光度值(A490)显著高于接毒对照组(P〈O.01).表明上述黄芪醇提取物有显著抗新城疫病毒活性作用.
英文摘要: The viral infection is the main disease of livestock and poultry. In this test, the active in- gredients of traditional Chinese medicine astragalus resistant to Newcastle disease virus were screened pre- liminarily. The results showed that the cell death numbers in extract prevent hole of 1, 8, 11 and 12 as- tragalus were significantly less than those of control hole inoculated with the virus, and the optical density value was significantly higher than the control group inoculated with the virus determined by MTT staining (P〈0.01). Compared with the control group inoculated with the virus, the cell death numbers in extract treatment hole of 1, 6, 10, 12 and 13 astragalus were less, and the optical density value was significant- ly higher (P〈0.01). This indicates that alcohol extrac from the above astragalus mernbranaceus could have significant active role resistance to Newcastle disease virus.
