摘要: 通过开展温室盆栽接种试验,研究AM丛枝菌根对梨树盆栽苗营养生长的影响。试验将盆栽苗做4个处理,分别为对照项、接种丛枝菌根(Arbuscular mycorrhiza,AM)、定期浇灌含磷营养液和定期浇灌含磷营养液并接种AM菌根。通过对梨树幼苗生长高度、叶片数量、叶绿素含量、磷含量以及植株干湿重比值的测定,结果表明:丛枝菌根可促进盆栽苗的生长,接种AM丛枝菌根的杜梨幼苗生长高度平均值要高于未接种AM菌根的幼苗,在接种AM菌根基础上加磷的盆栽苗生长高度最高。此外,对叶绿素含量、磷含量均有一定的影响,接种AM菌根的幼苗叶绿素含量和磷含量均有一定程度的提高。干湿重的测量数据显示,接种AM丛枝菌根的梨树盆栽苗有高于对照组的趋势。
英文摘要: The effect of AM(arbuscular mycorrhizal) on the vegetative growth of potted pear seedlings was studied by pot inoculation experiments in greenhouse. The pot seedlings were treated with 4 treatments, namely, control, AM, regular nutrient solution containing phosphorus, and regular irrigation of phosphorus containing nutrient solution and inoculation of AM. Through the determination of pear seedling growth height, leaf number, chlorophyll content, phosphorus content and the ratio of dry wet weight of plant, some conclusions were drawn. The results showed that AM promoted the growth of potted seedlings, and the average height of the AM inoculated seedlings was higher than that of AM uninoculated seedlings. The treatment of AM inoculation plus phosphorus nutrient solution irrigation got the highest seedling height. In addition, chlorophyll content and phosphorus content were affected, and the chlorophyll content and phosphorus content of seedlings inoculated with AM were improved to some extent. The data of dry and wet weight showed that the potted seedlings inoculated with AM had higher tendency than that of the control group.
