| 摘要： | 食源性致病菌是影响食品安全的主要因素之一，检测食源性致病菌的传统方法具有操作复杂、周期较长等缺点，因此快速、灵敏的现代检测技术已经成为研究的热点。文章系统地介绍了一些食源性致病菌现代常用的检测方法及新进展，并在此基础上对食源性致病菌检测的研究前景进行了展望。 |
| 英文摘要： | Foodbome pathogens are one of most important factors which imfluences on food safety. Because traditional methods to detect food - borne pathogens have some shortcomings, Such as the complex operation, long cycle and so on, the modem detection technology with rapidity and sensitivity has become a hot spot in the field. This systematic review described modem detection methods which are commonly used for food-borne pathogens and the development of new technolggies in recent years. Meanwhile, a prospect was also carried out based on research progress of detection of foodbome pathogens. |
