摘要: 在区域水资源优化配置研究中,由于用水成本、效益以及单方用水产生的污染物质等参数均具有一定不确定性,传统的优化方法难以在优化求解中考虑这些不确定性,从而使得优化的结果在实际适用性方面存在一定问题。假定这些不确定性参数满足正态分布,在优化程序中对参数取值进行随机抽样,引入病毒遗传算法,定义染色体的年龄(即该染色体连续被选入下一代的次数),以区域水资源配置效益最优和染色体年龄最大为优化目标。为验证该优化模型的有效性,对优化配置方案进行了蒙特卡洛模拟,结果表明基于鲁棒优化的方案,其综合目标均值大于传统方法结果,而方差小于传统方法结果。
英文摘要: In the study of regional water resources optimal allocation,the traditional optimization methods seldom take into account the uncertainties in the optimization of the water consumption,benefit and the pollution caused by the unilateral use of water.This paper assumes that these uncertain parameters meet the normal distribution,random sampling of the parameters in the optimization process,introduces the virus genetic algorithm,the definition of the chromosome age(i.e.the successive chromosome is the selected number of the next generation),to regional water resources optimal allocation efficiency and the maximum age of chromosome as the target of optimization.To test the validity of the optimization model,the optimization scheme of Monte Carlo simulation,the results show that the robust optimization method based on the target,the mean is more than that of the traditional method,and the variance is less than that of the traditional method.
