摘要: 将水生植物黄菖蒲(Iris pseudacorus)和滤食性鱼鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)分别按生物量配比约为1∶3、2∶3、1∶1、4∶3进行混养,每周测定养殖水体中氨氮(NH4-N)、亚硝酸盐氮(NO2-N)、磷酸盐(PO4-P)和化学需氧量(COD)质量浓度的变化及黄菖蒲、鲢的生长情况,为利用水生植物改善养殖水环境提供依据。结果显示,不同生物量配比组黄菖蒲对NH4-N、NO2-N、PO4-P和COD的清除率不同,其中,黄菖蒲、鲢生物量配比1∶3组对NH4-N、NO2-N、PO4-P、COD的清除率分别为79.61%、44.43%、36.62%、46.55%,2∶3组分别为86.18%、77.05%、61.97%、43.84%,1∶1组分别为85.86%、73.77%、59.15%、31.49%,4∶3组分别为87.17%、72.13%、56.34%、27.06%。各试验组中黄菖蒲和鲢生长情况良好,生物量配比2∶3组,黄菖蒲和鲢特定生长率均最高,分别为1.70%和0.33%。表明,鲢养殖水体中植入水生植物黄菖蒲可以改善养殖水质,起到了良好的生态作用,当黄菖蒲、鲢生物量配比为2∶3时效果最佳。
英文摘要: To evaluate the mutually beneficial mechanism of Iris pseudacorus and Hypophthalmichthys molitrix,the simulated polyculture study was conducted,and the polyculture systems of Iris pseudacorus and Hypophthalmichthys molitrix were divided into 4 groups,and biomass ratios were 1 ∶ 3,2 ∶ 3,1 ∶ 1,4 ∶ 3respectively,the environmental parameters,variations of nutrients,COD and growth of Iris pseudacorus and Hypophthalmichthys molitrix were detected every 7 days. The results showed that the nutrition and COD of experimental groups decreased significantly compared with the control group( only Hypophthalmichthys molitrix),the uptake rates of biomass ratio( 1 ∶ 3) group on nutrients of NH4-N,NO2-N,PO4-P and COD were 79. 61%,44. 43%,36. 62% and 46. 55% respectively. In the biomass ratio( 2∶ 3) group,the rates of nutrients uptake in order were 86. 18%,77. 05%,61. 97%,43. 84% respectively,and 85. 86%,73. 77%,59. 15%,31. 49% respectively in biomass ratio( 1∶ 1) group,and 87. 17%,72. 13%,56. 34%,27. 06% respectively in biomass ratio( 4 ∶ 3) group. When biomass ratio was 2 ∶ 3,the special growth rate( SGR) of Iris pseudacorus was 1. 70%,and the SGR of Hypophthalmichthys was 0. 33%. The results indicated that the polyculture of Iris pseudacorus and Hypophthalmichthys molitrix could take reasonable ecological effects,and the best biomass ratio was 2∶ 3.
